The easiest way is to start creating your account in "Profile" at the top right of the screen. You have to find someone who will take your measurements. Taking measurements is not complicated. It's even a breeze, just follow the instructions on the video. After you can do your shopping freely. If you choose to start shopping first, you will have to take your measurements at the end to be able to validate your purchases. If you order only shoes or accessories, just indicate the size.
Why do not all fabrics turn into suits?
We have made sure that you are able to see at best the result of a fabric in a finished model. That's why we made the models with the fabric of your choice. On the other hand, considering the number of tissues available, it is not possible to transform all the fabrics in the costumes. Just click on the fabric of your choice and it will be added automatically with the chosen model in your basket.

A fitting is it planned?
It is very important that you follow the instructions on the video for taking measurements. The more precise you are, the better your suit will ultimately fall. No fitting is planned or retouched to the extent that your outfit respects the measures you have taken. How can I recognize the names of the manufacturers of your fabrics?
Most (classic) fabric references begin with the manufacturer's reference first, for example HS for Holland & Sherry or LP for LoroPiana. Except very fashionable, fabrics are not indicated following the rapid change of manufacturers and fabric. See Glossary at the bottom of each page for more information.
How can I know the compositions of the fabrics?
Indeed the tissues are marked with two letters. To know the exact composition please look at Lexicon at the bottom of each page.
In which country are your products made?
All our products are exclusively made in Europe. We have chosen for you the best workshops for each product. For example, shirts are made in France and shoes in Italy.
Delivery time
It is expected a shipment after a period of 20 working days * for any product made in half (* except day off and holidays) after placing your order on our website. Nevertheless, for the ceremonial outfits, it is recommended to place the orders 10 weeks before. The delivery time will then depend on the carrier and the country of destination. Please note that if you order a shirt and suit, both products will be shipped separately. Products in stock, such as shoes, will be shipped between 1 to 3 business days *.
Change or cancel the order
Any order validated in Made to Measure is not modifiable or refundable after payment. Thank you for seeing G.C.S.
